This show reprises part 3 of the original 1991 show and adds a collection of more recent noises and musics from the last 2 decades that fit the "technology" theme.  Of course a vast array of audio art and music has developed in that time that is addressing issues of technology either in form or content. It's been an exciting turn-of-the-century, hasn't it?
