As some of you know we have not been broadcasting on 103.3 FM since the beginning of last week. Due to certain circumstances we were not truly aware of what the problem was. At this time however we do know that we have been compromised by the FCC. A household in the Tucson area recieved a letter from the FCC stating roughly that they know where the signal was eminating from and know where the FM transmitter was that was beaming the FM frequency across Tucson and farther south. So for the time being the FM will not be broadcasting. We'll let you know more as we can. Until then, keep tuning in on the live stream or download your favorite shows from the archives. Free Radio Chukshon is an internet radio station that is doing nothing illegal. Beyond that, you can make your own judgement as to the validity of legality regarding transmitting audio over the airwaves. Just a friendly reminder that government and corporatons really do "own" the air we breathe.
