no tempestuous radio next week, i'm out of town for a few days. be prepared for a super stellar tempestuous radio on march 6th. dunno what it'll be about, but rest assured, it will be fascinating.

i just archived my last two shows. sorry for the delay in getting the show from feb. 13th up. i had a busy week. find them under "program archives."

2.13.10 is about the green scare. i focused specifically on marie mason, the rnc 8, the shac 7, and played a lecture by freelance journalist will potter on ways that the patriot act is being used to target environmental activists and terrify the american populous into stupified submission. played some of marie mason's music- she's got a lovely voice and very thought provoking songs.

2/20/10 i played a lot of sweet music oriented around the theme of challenging gender norms. i hate gender norms, don't you? i also read something called "the riot grrrl manifesto" which was originally published in a bikini kill zine in 1991. thanks, bikini kill.
