Jimmy DeLocke's blog

103.3 FM!!! We're being broadcast.

Word on the street is that some pirates have changed the broadcasting channel to 103.3 FM. Apparently this is to provide more coverage of the city. I guess it won't be on 90.9 anymore. So fix that preset button! FRC will be broadcast 4pm-Midnight Mon. thru Sat. and 1pm-10pm on Sun.

Welcome and Bienvenidos! We are gradually
adding more information about our programming and DJs here on this new
website, and building our schedule. Until we're done, thanks for your
patience. Estamos actualizando el sitio pa' que puedas encontrar mas
informacion sobre los horarios de programas y los DJ's. Poco a poquito
vamos construyendo este sitio web. Puedes escuchar la transmision por
internet y echarle el ojo a los blog's y noticias y demas!

You can of course listen to the stream

Breakout Radio is back on. Listen up, Suckas!

Yo peeps. Jimmy here. DJ Gruel graciously turned my old slot back over to me on Fridays from 6-8pm. I had a fabulous summer but am SUPER-PSYCHED to be back in the Sonoran desert. The playlist is currently under Epiclectic until I get all cleared and listed again. I'll have the audio from last night's show posted in the archives pretty soon. Get in touch at jimmydelocke@rocketmail.com or myspace.com/djneedsnokey.

Shout Out to my desert dwelling homies!

Hi everyone, Jimmy DeLocke here, just wanted to say HI. Missing all the beauty of summer in the desert along with the perks of being a local radio personality. HAHAHA! Thanks to all those who've been downloading my past shows. Hope you're enjoying. I'm quite surprised & honored at the number of downloads, if those numbers are correct. I will be back to Tucson around Sep and can't wait to get back in the studio. Some notable bands I've seen to mention:

Adelitas-Portland anarcho punk with female vox and some rad dancy lati-influence

Good to be back, but where was I?

It feels like I haven't done my radio duties in forever! Which is really weird since I haven't really been gone, except for a couple days up north in Phx/Wickenburg. Well, although I did do my show on March 20, I was somewhat predisposed due to a super-secret gathering of anarchists from around Az. That's all I can really say. Before I could transfer my playlist and archive of the show to the website I was swooped up and whisked away to Phx to see family and  friends.

Breakout Radio Show Archives

Well, well, well. I have now loaded all the shows I have archived onto the website. So you can now listen to some past shows. A true contribution to the world, I'm sure you'll agree. Hope you enjoy. Don't forget, you can just take a look at the playlists for my past shows and see what might interest you most. Let's hope the other shows get their stuff posted soon so you can pleasure your ears with all the great Free Radio Chukshon DJs and the shows you've missed.

My incomplete take on music

Music.  Over the years music has been something that has kept me alive; a place in my head to express anger, love, joy, frustration and ideas. It has connected me to "something" in those times of despair and loneliness. Whether lying in bed, devastated, listening to Nick Cave, driving up Highway 1 with Janes Addiction, shaking my fists and gritting my teeth at the powermongers to Sub-Humans or dreaming of killing everyone in sight while the double-bass of Slayer's Reign in Blood pounds in my head(why is the bad stuff so memorable?)-music has been a great accompiniment.
